Bundle General Call for Manuscripts
Bundle Press is accepting submissions for our first catalog of 1 to 3 titles to be published in 2027.
The deadline to submit is Thursday, October 15, 2026.
We are looking for short creative work: poetry chapbooks under 50 pages, novellas under 100 pages, and other forms of hybrid, nonfiction, or experimental text, also under 100 pages. We want your wayward dreams, your strange obsessions, your revolutionary schemes.
We welcome writers at all stages and emerging writers working on their first projects. We especially encourage work from Texas-based authors. Submissions must be works originally written in English and from authors who reside in the United States, because we cannot at this time support books in translation or in international markets.
Bundle Press does not use AI for any part of our publishing process, including reading submissions, editing projects, and promoting work. We will not consider AI-generated or AI-assisted writing.
At this time, Bundle Press does not require submission or reading fees. Simultaneous submissions are accepted. Please let us know immediately if it is accepted elsewhere.
We consider publishing a collaboration and work with authors on edits and marketing. Learn more about us at this link.
Authors of selected manuscripts will receive:
- $200
- 5 author copies
- 20% of net receipts to the author
- the option to buy additional books at printer's costs
Submission Guidelines:
Manuscript documents (under 50 pages for poetry, under 100 pages for other forms) must be double spaced, in a 12 pt. readable font, with page numbers, and saved as PDF or Word files.
We invite author bios of about 100 words, and we encourage your sharing any social media accounts.
Also submit a cover letter that 1) describes the work, 2) introduces you as the creator and your influences and inspiration for the work, 3) states your capacity and ideas for helping promote the work, and 4) acknowledges print or digital publications where content of the manuscript has previously been published, including whether you currently have the rights or when rights will be reverted to you.
Frontmatter, bio, cover letter, etc. are not part of the page count.
Submit by filling out this form and attaching your documents as a PDF or Word files.
